Driver Agreement & Damage Responsibility
Motorsports is an inherently dangerous activity. While all GGS Motorsports vehicles are professionally prepared, maintained, and inspected, on-track driving carries risk for both driver and equipment.
All participants are required to complete and sign a Driver Agreement and Damage Responsibility Waiver prior to participating in any on-track activities.
Drivers may be financially responsible for damage resulting from:
Off-track excursions
Vehicle contact
Barrier or wall impact
Missed shifts or over-rev conditions
Misuse, negligence, or reckless operation
Failure to follow instructor or event safety procedures
Normal mechanical wear and unforeseen mechanical failures are the responsibility of GGS Motorsports.
Damage responsibility limits, deductible structures, insurance requirements, and event-specific terms vary depending on:
Vehicle selected
Event type
Driver experience
Track location
Competition format
Our goal is to create a professional, safe, and enjoyable motorsports experience for drivers of all levels while protecting the equipment that makes these programs possible.
Full terms and coverage details will be reviewed with all drivers prior to booking confirmation.
