How GGS works

At GGS Motorsports, the goal is simple: show up, drive, and enjoy the experience without having to worry about the logistics, prep work, or trackside headaches.

We built GGS Motorsports to make racing more approachable without compromising the experience. No complicated process. No inflated promises. Just properly prepared cars, real track time, and a team focused on helping you enjoy every minute of it.

What’s Included

Your race weekend package includes:

  • Transport of the race car to and from the event

  • Pre-race practice sessions (where permitted by the event schedule)

  • Qualifying sessions plus three (3) race stints throughout the weekend

  • Full arrive-and-drive support, including:

    • Vehicle preparation and setup

    • Ongoing maintenance and trackside mechanical support

    • Fuel, tires, fluids, and standard consumables*

    • In-car dash camera footage

    • Driver radio communications (NASCAR-style connection)

    • Spare parts inventory for common trackside repairs

  • Race weekend video footage

  • Drinks, snacks, and lunch during on-track event hours
    (dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated in advance)

*Standard consumables do not include damage-related wear beyond normal racing conditions.

Driver Responsibilities

Drivers are responsible for:

  • Travel to and from the event

  • Hotel accommodations and personal expenses

  • Required racing licenses and series memberships

  • Personal safety equipment:

    • Helmet

    • Racing suit

    • HANS device

    • Gloves, shoes, and related gear

Drivers are also responsible for any damage resulting from vehicle misuse or on-track incidents, including:

  • Off-track excursions

  • Contact with barriers or other vehicles

  • Damage caused by missed shifts, over-revving, or driver error

  • Crash damage or major repair costs unless otherwise covered under a signed damage agreement or optional damage cap

Additional exclusions include:

  • Private test days not included in the event package

  • Weather-related interruptions or shortened track sessions

  • Penalties, fines, or infractions issued by the sanctioning body
